Chunky Baked Pears
6 Servings
3 large pears, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 cup of raisins
2 teaspoons of lemon zest
2 tablespoons of Splenda
1 tablespoon of Smart Balance
1/3 cup of carbonated diet lemon lime drink
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Rinse, peel, core and chop each pear
Place all ingredients into a medium baking dish and mix well
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes - stirring every 14 minutes
Serve
Serving Ideas: Great with any pork dish. Note: Can be eaten hot or Cold.
