Chunky Baked Pears

6 Servings
  • 3 large pears, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons of Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon of Smart Balance
  • 1/3 cup of carbonated diet lemon lime drink
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Rinse, peel, core and chop each pear
  3. Place all ingredients into a medium baking dish and mix well
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes - stirring every 14 minutes
  5. Serve
Serving Ideas: Great with any pork dish.  Note: Can be eaten hot or Cold.
