In addition to Dr. Bilof's bariatric practice, Dr Bilof has a special arrangement with Kessler Rehabilitation Institute and Synapse Biomedical to assist patients with severe spinal cord injuries. He is the only surgeon in New Jersey trained to place pacemakers into the diaphragms of patients with spinal cord injuries who cannot breath on their own.
